Participants will be taught what constitutes a "gift" under the law, and the procedures for making, amending, or revoking such a gift. We will also explore how to handle objections from family members when revocation is involved. Additionally, the session will briefly cover the collaborative roles of the hospital team and the organ procurement organization (OPO) in ensuring the proper execution of FPA, including the obligations each party has in honoring these decisions.
